Most moderation options have disappeared in 'thread tools' drop down
 

Hi, I'm running vB 3.7.0 and everything has been fine until a couple of days ago our moderators reported that the only moderation option in the 'thread tools' drop down was delete where there had previously been various options. I checked and even in my config enabled super admin account this is true.

Looking in the templates each option is wrapped in where something is editthread, movethread etc. So it looks like the permissions have gone wrong somewhere.

We haven't made any admin changes - this seems to have happened completely by itself... I'm sure thats not the case really - but can anyone shed any light on the situation, suggest how it may have happened or what bug hunting route to follow? Or maybe if someone has had exactly the same problem and fixed it already, that would be nice to hear about :)
