Forum Error 1064 (version 4.0.6)
 

I upgraded to 4.0.6 right after it's released and have had no problems. However, I got two of these errors in my inbox from the db last night (below). Is this something I can fix or does it have something to do with my server? It appears to have happened when someone performed a search?
