Custom avatar not displaying
 

Running 3.8.4. Rather oddly, custom avatars are no longer displaying. When I check the file location displayed by the forum (i.e. the properties of the image), the filename suffix is one less than the actual image filename in /customavatars. Is there a way to fix this?
