Restore vba cmps module
 

After performing some unforseen changes regarding domain name etc (resolved promptly with expert help from this forum) we appear to have lost/deleted one of the vba cmps modules, the module was "site_navigation" and the module content is now empty.

I have backups prior to the issue ocurring, is there a straightforward way to restore this individual module, cut/paste from a file or restore a particular file etc.
