Where to buy pre-owned vB4 licence?
 
Hi, anybody know where to buy pre-owned vB4 licence? Will pay by PayPal!
By the way if I buy vB4, would I be able to update to other vB4 releases at no further costs!
And is vB4 licence for lifetime!
