Forum Trouble switching Hosts
 

I just switched hosts and I forget how to insert my sql to get all my old posts. I have installed a fresh instalation of VB ( last one got corrupted ) I have installed and disabled my hooks. Do I just upload the sql or do I have to dump it all first? Sorry I have search but can not find the answer.
