Forum 3.8.4 PL2 to 4.0.6 Installation Error - Site Down
 

Hello all,

I have already raised an official support ticket for this, however as my site is currently down it seemed like a good idea to see if the community has any solutions to offer.

While performing the install an internal server error occurs on this URL:

http://www.mysite.com/install/upgrade_400a1.php?step=12

As per the guidelines in the vb4_readme.html I have not continued with the upgrade. Error text is standard 500 error, copied for reference below:

Plugins are currently disabled via acp and config.php, and none of the 4.0.6 files have been edited.

So, has anybody seen this before and if so whats the solution?
