Edit comments and become liable for other people's defamatory posts This is a bit worrying: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/04...mments_ruling/ In spite of any disclaimer, it seems that if you edit comments on a forum or blog, you are liable for publishing what anyone posts. I wonder how many people are aware of this. |
