Forum Cant upload pictures to my album
 

Hello, can anybody help me with my problem. I cant upload an image to my album in vbulletin site. There is always a message notifying "The following errors occurred:
Exceeds forum quota". Im looking for the users album option in admincp as what have said on vbulletin manual (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/user_albums) but i cant find the option.
