Infraction - Automatic Ban based on number of infractions
 

I've setup an automatic ban like the following:

My intention is, if a member accumulates 3 new, non-expired infractions, he/she will get banned for a day. The problem however is, it looks like it counts the expired infractions. So, if the user has two expired infractions already from say a year ago, and committed a new minor infraction, he/she will get banned a day.

Any workaround to just look at active infractions?
