Buying vB4.0
 

I know I should have an answer to this by myself. But, I wanna be clear before I make a purchase anytime soon.

If I upgrade to the Publishing Suite. Pretty much, I'll have a forum kinda like this? http://shoryuken.com, all those blog stuff?

Also, is it best for me to buy a new license since it's only 35 dollars difference vs me upgrading? That why, I can have two license for future reference?

As for upgrades. Will I have a year or until vB 5.0 is release?
