Forum Advanced Insert Image Dialog - Only in WYSIWYG?
 

I only seem to be able to view the Advanced Insert Image Dialog when using the WYSIWG editor, which I prefer not to use as it messes with some other formatting.

I have the setting enabled under Message Attachment Options. Is there another setting I'm missing somewhere?
