Forum Proxy Server Vandals
 

I have a website that is bombarded with new member registrations from IP addresses in foreign countries and a few in my own country (US). When I allow the account, they post p0rn, spam their site info and take our users pictures and photoshop them in vile and negative ways. I have an idea that the perpetrators are from a similar website as mine attempting to undermine the harmony on my site.

Is there a way to get a comprehensive list of known free proxy-servers and ban these IPs?
