Forum Attachments Don't Show Up In Attachment Manager Under the UserCP
 

After upgrading to v4.0.5, we noticed an issue on our forum regarding attachments. After uploading an attachment, if we go to the UserCP (Settings) and click on the Attachments link in the left menu, our attachments aren't listed. We've tried this using various usergroups and various attachments. It was working, now it's not. This creates a problem because our members can't delete attachments if needed. The problem exists using the default vB4 Style, and with plugins turned off.

I also wanted to mention that this happened at the same time I started having THIS ISSUE only because it may be related.
