vB4 Question about theme packs here

Question about these theme packs... They say they're for v4.02, and I installed them on a 4.06 installation. At least one of them. It works mostly. The CMS still has the default theme, not these. If I try to change the theme when in the CMS, the change is ignored, so I'm guessing these packs aren't fully compatible with 4.06 now?

How can I get around that? The "Green Machine" one fits what I want to perfectly, actually. I wanted to use that as a base, but I need it to work with the

Additionally, all the download links in the forum I linked to appear to be screwed up. All the text links are now text like this:

Something weird happened with old posts there. Anyway, this isn't a vbulletin.org issue, these packs are provided from vB people here, which is why I'm asking here.
