Forum Fields on New Threads
 

Is there a way to add fields for users to select when creating a new thread?

Kind of like how the prefixes work, but more than one of these. So that users would have to select the answer to several questions before making a new thread.

For example:
What subdivision do you live in? Options A-D
What are you reporting? Options A-D
