CMS Upgraded from 4.0.4 to 4.0.6 - permissions got gronked, maybe?
 

I ran the upgrade for 4.0.6 tonight and it seemed to go well - except for one minor problem. :)

Normally, people who are logged out can still read the CMS and Blogs - the forums are private. But after I upgraded, all visitors are being given the message:

No matter what you click on in the header (forums, blogs, home) it redirects to this message.

Any ideas?

I realize that no time is a good time for a forum glitch, but I happen to be in the middle of taking over another forum (the gods made the switch happen about 30 minutes after the upgrade) and I'm getting visitors and new users by the bucketload and I am seriously freaking out.
