Forum Styles not working
 

I'm having multiple issues using custom styles.

I've tried downloading two different popular styles from vBulletin.org, and when I try and activate the styles the css is not taking. The images will be replaced but not the CSS.

When I create a custom style, whether it is a child style or not, any changes I make to the css in the StyleVars page are not shown. This also includes the Style Generator. I made a bright blue style and when I activate it the style shows the default colors even though the "?styleid=##" variable is present.

I have tried resetting the default style xml with the tools.php with no change. I'm hesitant to go any farther, though.
