Forum rebuilding serach index, only partially complete?
 

Hi everyone,

Just upgraded from 3.x to 4, and I'm having problems with searches not showing all posts (specifically, when I try to see all posts by a user, only around three quarters show).

After upgrading, I rebuilt the search index - which took around 36 hours! It finished, but I'm not sure if it fully completed.

If I click to rebuild the index, will it start from the beginning again? I'm really not looking forward to another 36 hours of my forum grinding to a halt under the load. Is there a way to continue rebuilding where it left off? I notice an 'item ID to start at' option, but not sure how I figure out the item ID
