Forum license upgrading questions
 

Hello,
I bought a vbulletin 3 license,and i am running vbulletin 4, and my license will be expired soon,and i have 2 questions:
1. Do i need to buy the new license upgrade to keep running the forum?
2. If i will upgrade the license to publishing suite,how can i upgrade my existing vbulletin 4 forum.
