Forum HTML blocks not working properly (4.0.6 and 4.0.5)
 

<div>Hi I added a new block (template block_html, content type html, active) and put it on top of generic blocks (New Forum Posts, Forum Threads, Blog Entries). So far so good.

On Firefox (latest version) my block is showing and working as intended and expected.

But on any other browser (latest version each) there are bad issues. On IE8 there is a big space between the blocks (which is working like the link that is supposed to be in the custom block itself, see the very simple code/content:
