Forum exporting styles BUG

Ive designed a new style on vBulletin 4.0.6.... now when i export it and import it on another installation not all edits are carrying over.. mainly the vbcms.css template but also a few other templates aswell..

Can i get some help on this please ? ive not had any problem exporting styles before, but since 4.0.6 i am unable to export a style correctly.
