Notices Email notification of Visitor Messages and Article comments
 
I think any action should be able to be subscribed for email notification, including:
  • Visitor Messages
  • New article comment - this could be selected by the article author, and users who commented, or any user who is interested.
Ideally there should be a notification panel in the settings screen to allow settings for such things.
