How to display more green reputation bars?
 

Where do I edit the settings that display the amount of green bars that are displayed based on the number of reputation points?

For example, a user who has 10 reputation points has 1 green bar in his postbit. A user who has 20 reputation points also has 1 green bar in his postbit. I want to make it so that the user with 20 reputation points has 2 green bars, and the user with 10 reputation points has 1 green bar.
