Posts Being Validated
 

This is throwing me off, not sure what I am missing.

I have 3 forums called XYZ, XYZ2 and XYZ3

Usergroup1 to moderate
Usergroup2 to post articles

When Usergroup1 posts a thread in any of the 3 forums, they are approved automatically.
When Usergroup2 posts a thread in any of the 3 forums, they are supposed to go to a validation queue, however it is allowing Usergroup2 to post threads in XYZ3 without being validated.

I have checked usergroup permissions, forum permissions and everything, however am still at a loss for what I am missing.

Usergroup1 and Usergroup2 are both set to post threads in all 3 forums, Registered Members are not allowed to post threads, only post replies.

What simple setting am I missing to make XYZ3 put the threads from Usergroup2 into a validation queue for Usergoup1 to approve?
