How do you edit that little blue text?
 

I've been looking for a way to edit the color of the little blue text that appears across vBulletin. For example in your private message area it says "Folder Controls", or at the top of a poll where it says "Poll Options" . I want to change it to a lighter color.

My guess is it's somewhere in Styles & Templates>Style manager but I have just been having trouble finding it. Could someone tell me exactly where it or what it's called? Thanks
