User is a moderator in one forum, but can reply to closed threads in any forum?
 

I have it set up so that a few of my users are moderators on one specific forum with no moderator permissions in any other forum. However, I noticed today that these users are able to respond in closed threads outside of their moderation forum. Is there a way to disable this? These users aren't technically moderators but just need the ability to open, close, and move threads in their specific forum...
