Forum messed up old /includes/config.php while upgrading PLEASE HELP!!
 

Please help!!!

I was upgrading from 3.x to 4.0 and was reading the wrong directions and ended up deleting my old includes/config.php and saved it. Now i cannot even get to the upload section to upgrade. here is what it says
