Forum searches are saying they were generated 20+ minutes ago?

I just did the search so why is it saying it was generated 19mins ago? I have tried to turn off anything delaying search. What happens is users are posting, then 20mins later going to their "My posts" search and not seeing it, but after an hour it shows up. I've set search sharing to off and turned on instant thread view updates. Can someone tell me what I'm missing? Thanks
