Alternative Password reset options?
 

Hello, I am an administrator from a very large forum (250k+ members, 10k+ active members.) But anyways, as you might guess, there tends to be a large amount of password reset e-mails going. Because of this, some e-mail providers have blocked us. So people can't reset their passwords, and it gets very annoying having them make a new account to ask us to reset their old password. So basically, I am looking for an alternative way to reset passwords for users. Maybe preferably a secret question and answer? Or if you have any suggestions/ways I could implicate a new system. I have ideas, but what I really need is the know how as to how to do it. Or maybe is there even a secret question/answer mod that I am just missing? Thanks for the help!
