Forum IPB3 to VB4 - Intructions not really clear.
 

I would like to move my IPB3 over to VB4 but there are really no clear instructions on exactly what to do. I am not sure what do really do with the impex files, I am not sure if I need to setup the VB4 now...

I would appreciate if someone could write a few lines of step by step directions
on how to get IPB3 over to VB4 on a new forum startup.
