colors only on LAN

sorry about my .......

Everything looks great on my lan
when i tried it somewhere else , i get a blank background
and the menu is not oke anymore.
Why is this.
i have port 80 open
but why is the simple theme oke on lan and not , from outside.
anyone a idea ?
