CMS Attachments Question
 

Hello,

I noted a problem regarding the attachments on CMS.
If I upload some images from my PC, than I see the small pencil to modify it, align to left, right,etc.

If I add an image use the option "From Url", disabling "Retrieve remote file and reference locally", I can't see the small pencil, modify and align the images.

Is this normal?
How can I resolve this problem?
