Forum why run v3.x vs 4.x?
 

I have noticed a lot of people that prefer to run v3.8 even though v4.x is out.
I know I have been out of the vb game for a while now, and would like to know
if it is best to setup 3.x or 4.x ?? What am i missing here, is there a reason
people are using a lesser version. I have even seen comments from people
that still prefer to run 3.8 but have not heard any real reasons.
