I added another user group for members with fifteen or more post and set the permission once a member hits fifteen post the member is moved to this new group.

The problem I'm finding is now that all the members with fifteen post or more are moved to this new group that some members are complaining they getting a message stating that they do not have permission to view page. Since not all members in this group are getting the message I thought it to be a cookies issue however, I have explained to members they need to clear their cookies. After that I still have a few members who cleared their cookies are saying they still receive the message but, if they hit the new post button they can get through. They still see the message from time to time.

Im at a lost of what the problem is.
