phpBB import problem
 

Didnt get on well when I tried VB 4.05 so reverted to 3.86 and went to do import again

Realised I was logged in as Admin before impex asked about associating users, so stopped import to change admin name and now it wont restart ? and I dont know what I need to do to re initiate the process pic below is all I get when I try and restart, clicking message on left then tells me there is a problem connecting with the database when I know there isnt ?
