Smilies/image URL counting towards minimum character
 

We're trying to cut back on replies containing just smilies, I've set the minimum character option to 5 although certain smilies are still getting round this, the angry smiley : angry : (remove spaces) is be counted as using 5 characters, also image url's are being counted.

Is there anyway to stop this?
