Forum Users requiring moderation
 

I have 2 users that require moderation on all their posts and threads. They both are coming from the same computer/IP, but each have their own log in. Both are in the Registered User group. Everyone else in that user group can post without issue.

I've gone through every setting I could possibly find.

Their forum permissions show they can post.
I've logged in as them and get the same results.
The usergroup obviously is working correctly because others are in Registered User and don't have issues.
I've deleted their IPs within their user information
I turned VbStopForumSpam off. I don't have any other modifications that would effect a user
I ran fix broken user profiles.

I'm lost, I don't know how to fix this.
