CMS Problem from publish article from Thread or Blog
 

All image file don't show up in the Article. It only Show file name after I published. Everytime I publish an article, I have to manually delete and add the image again.

I am using now 4.0.4. I check in the permission section for CMS permission were set to "can download" in every section and to all user group. I tested to publish again, I can see the images in the publish pages. But finally the images were not shown in the article, it shows only file name that can be click to show picture.
