vBulletin with custom menu system?
 

Hello vBulletin community! :D

I'm doing a bit of scouting around to collect data about what forum software I should use... I say "I", I mean 'We', because we're a small group of people planning on starting our own software company.
Of course doing this we need to present ourselves as nicely as we can to the world, so..we came up with a prototype on a menu system, which is just essentially a flash menu with animated dropdown menus, transparency etc etc etc.

The question is this: Suppose we buy the publishing suite, will we be able to integrate that with our flash menu system, or is this another case of: "Well the CMS and forum is driven by a menu system, so you have a problem there".

Also, any advice would be awesome ..seriously! ^.^
