Allow a member to move other's threads
 

Hi
I have a member that I'm not ready to make a moderator at this time but I would like to allow her to move threads. I've been looking at setting up a new usergroup for her but I don't see "Can move OTHER's threads" as one of the usergroup permissions. Is there a way I can set this up for just the one member?
