Forum Changed database password and can't access forum.php
 

I just changed my database password via cpanel and then edited config.php with the new password. Everything on the site works fine but I can't access the front page of the forums (forums/forum.php). It gives me this error:

I cannot connect to the database.
Like I said, everything else on the site is working properly except for the front page? I must be missing another password change somewhere but I can not find where. Does anyone have any suggestions?
