CMS Making Blank Page?
 

I need to make a page for my terms of service and privacy statement and a couple other pages. I don't want them to be articles, or treated like articles. I just want them to show when the user clicks terms of service or privacy links at the website footer.

But I don't want those pages to look different then the rest of my forum, I want them to look like they are part of the same website with the same headers/footers that are on all the rest of my pages.

I can't figure out how to do it.

Edit: If I make it an article then they show up on all my other pages like front page and everything else, I just want a single static page.
