Forum Help - Users cannot register
 

Not sure what happened but users cannot register on my forum. It was working fine yesterday. I thought it was the COPPA registration page so I disabled that. However, the registration page itself is not working either when user clicks submit. It's just failing silently and returning the user to the forum page without any notification.
