Forum Intermittent Database Error, please help!
 

Like the title says I'm having an intermittent database error. Sometimes when I load my forum is shows the forum perfectly fine, then sometimes it'll only show the forum with no graphics, then other times it will just give me a database error.

My webhost is Fatcow, they are running MySql 5.07 and PHP 5.2, I've gone through my config.php several times and I have the servername, etc.. all set properly. And Fatcow has reassured me that MySQL is running just fine and my database exists. The email I'm receive pertaining to the error is this:

Any and all help is greatly appreciated, this is very frustrating to have it working one minute then when it get refreshed or reloaded it's just dead.
