Forum Can't Log in - Vbulletin 4.0.3
 

I just migrated to a new server. I had everything up and everything was working fine. I needed to get rid if a plugin so I went and disabled all Hooks. After that I logged out and since then haven't been able to log back in. My forum is currently "turned off" and as I said I can't log back in. It's gotten to the point where I'm getting the following

"Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

Even when I do that and go through all of the steps and such... it still gives this same message. Even Firefox is asking me if I want to save/remember the "password" for the name Password? I've tried logging in through IE, Chrome and Safari and no luck, same things.

Running a fresh install is out of the question completely.
