2 questions
 

1st question: If I had 2 sites, and i had 1 of them using my vb license (if i had one) and the other was using smf, could i take off vb on the one site and move it to the other?

2nd question: I would very much like to buy a vbulletin license, but i do not have the money for it as a down payment, so my question is, do you offer other payments such as monthly payments?
