Where is Tools.php, Can't login
 

Well I just turned a small jfusion problem into a big one to where even now as admin, I can't log into my cpanel in VB. I changed a cookie setting and that caused me not to be able to log in. Please help me with at least this part and I can continue struggling with the jfusion part.

Anyhow, I see tools.php being brought up often, but I can't seem to find it. What are this files location whereabouts?
