CMS Reoccuring Subscriptions Not Working ????
 

I have set up the subscription manager to deduct reoccuring payments however; it did not work as the user status changed when the first subscription period ended.

For example, I have created 3 additional usergroups (Bronze,Silver,Gold).

After people have registered, they subscribe by selecting one of the above user-groups and they are charged a specific amount depending on what service they have selected.

All usergroups have a reoccuring subscription created.

The problem I have is that a gold members subscription period ended and instead of being charged again their user id shows them as now just being a registered user and the gold subscriber box is no longer ticked.

The subscription for this user is now set to Inactive.

How do I get the user to stay in the correct user-group after the subscription period has ended and the next subscription needs to be collected?
