Forum Default Guest Message OK, I'm running 4.0.5. I have a default_guest_message that shows to those not logged in. When I look in my admin CP at Notices -- there is a default_guest_message Notice there by default (I didn't add it). But changing the content there has zero effect on what shows on the screen. You have to find it as a phrase in the Language Admin. Yet, the usergroup and such that I set in Notices item DOES effect it -- even though the content of the message cannot be changed via Notices. I want to make it ONLY controlled -- both content and condintional -- on the entry in the Notices section. How can I make the language phrase go away and have the Notices feature control ALL of this message? |
